Shipping costs for national orders are not charged unless the item is returned, in which case a flat fee of $20 is retained and balance of purchase refunded. To avoid losing the $20 you may request a Gift Card that does not expire for use at a later date or if you have purchased 2 or more items but keep one, then the other items will be refunded in full. For International orders shipping and any relevant duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged if returned immediately after receipt, provided they remain unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

To exchange a garment or size, Please courier (tracked) your garment back to us at 50 Brown Street, Ponsonby 1021, Auckland with a note stating which item your would like to exchange for and we will send it to you upon receipt of your item.
