For standard delivery within New Zealand, we aim to dispatch orders after two business working days.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

NOTE:  ** Shipping is complimentary to any New Zealand address as long as you keep at least one garment.

Deadline Express (Within New Zealand Only)

• Delivery to towns and cities within New Zealand are most likely to arrive the following day the order was processed
• We can deliver to a postal address or rural but we don’t deliver to a PO Box address
• All orders are processed from KNUEFERMANN in Auckland, New Zealand

DHL Express or FedEx (International Only)

• International courier delivery to most countries except Russia within 2-4 days
• Door-to-door delivery
• For speedy delivery, please provide a daytime delivery address
• We can deliver to a postal address or rural but we don’t deliver to a PO Box address
• At KNUEFERMANN we do not cover customs duty or tax charges, nor are we responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office or postal service for details.
